These studios are rather reserved for long stays (minimum 4 weeks) and in particular for the Gap Year program (from 3 to 9 months of stay).

Each student will have a single room (approx. 10-12m2) and private bathroom , the equipped kitchen will be shared with another student.

Sheets and towels will be provided. Wifi included.

Our opinion: If you want more comfort, choose the hotel residence.
This formula is available for a minimum of 2 weeks during July and August only.
Deposit of 150€ required after arrival (by CB or cash).

Flatshare

Single furnished bedroom with a a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Towels and bedsheets provided. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Flat is usualy shared by 3 or 4 tenants.

Flats are carrefully selected and we have contractual agreements with the flat owners.

A deposit of 150€ will be requested at the beginning of the stay by the owners and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found.

Location:

Flats are situated close to the city centre and the school (20 to 30 minutes environs de la from the place de la Comédie, the hearth of Montpellier, with tramway).

Arrival on Sunday afternoon, the day before your course starts.
Departure on Saturday morning, the day after your course finishes.

High standing private studio flat

Should you prefer to rent your own studio near the city centre and the school, l'Alliance Française de Montpellier has some small private apartments available on request.
These apartments in private homes are fully furnished and equipped with a little kitchenette and your own bathroom to give you total independence.

Hotel-type Serviced Apartment

Ideal if you are looking for luxury accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the city centre.
The hotel residences that we have selected for you are classified 3 and 4 stars by the Montpellier tourist office and offer small studios and furnished apartments, fully equipped with every comfort.

The advantages: a 7-day reception, a relaxation and catering area, a breakfast service (in addition).

1- Luxury 4-star hotel residence, 10 minutes walk from the school, in the heart of the city.

Furnished and equipped studios of about 20-25 m2, for 1 or 2 people (double bed or 2 single beds)
2-room apartments (up to 4 people) on request.
Fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), telephone and wifi access, air conditioning.
Change of sheets and towels once a week (for stays longer than 1 week).

Family Homestay

Seeing your hosts daily during your stay will help you to experience different aspects of the French way of life and culture.
Spend the daytime learning French at l'Alliance Française de Montpellier, your international French school, and practice what you've learned with your host family in the evenings and at weekends.
Our host families are friendly, approachable and keen to share their culture. The accommodation on offer meets the standards of the Alliance Française Quality Charter (for comfort, cleanliness and location).
In order to make your stay a successful experience and to take into account your expectations as much as possible, you can inform us of some of your wishes when you register on our website.

3 formulas :

Kitchen access formula: in a single room. During the whole stay you have access to the family kitchen - according to certain rules of use - and do your shopping and meals.
Bed and Breakfast package: in a single room with breakfast. Please note that there is no access to the kitchen for lunch and dinner. Meals must be taken outside.
Half-board: private room with breakfast and dinner.

Advantages :

Make rapid progress and experience different aspects of French culture.
Your hosts will be there to talk to and practise your language skills with during your stay.
You will be met at the station or at the airport.
